French I and II (A Beka)

A Beka offers two years of instruction in the French language. The course includes Bible memory verses in French, Christian reading material, missionary emphasis, grammatical foundations, and strong vocabulary development. Grammatical and conversational instruction are blended.

There are more components for French 1 than for French 2. The basics are the student text and student vocabulary book. In addition, there are teacher's guides for both of these books, a pronunciation/Scripture cassette, two vocabulary cassette tapes, Oral Mastery Exercises, and a student test booklet with separate answer key. For French 2, there are the two student books and accompanying teacher editions, plus a test book and answer key.
