ScottForesman offers their own slant print handwriting program called D'Nealian. This is very similar to BJUP's program. Good, colorful workbooks and optional, supplementary activity books make it appealing to children.
It begins with a slant print for students at PreK through first grade levels. Cursive is introduced in second grade then practiced up through sixth grade level.
You should be able to work with only the student workbooks in most cases. The expensive teacher's editions have reproductions of student pages, lesson presentation outlines, and supplemental activity pages.
Original review was of 1999 editions. Updated editions are available. Contact Pearson for information on ordering Teacher Editions if you need them
