Happy Handwriting comes from Letz Farmer, creator of F.L.A.G.S. and Mastering Mathematics. This handwriting workbook features the basic ball-and-stick method for learning manuscript printing. Cute illustrations and plenty of space for inexperienced writers to have wiggle room appeal to children. A letter/sound activity accompanies each lesson along with numerous examples of how each letter might appear using various print styles (or sign language!). Identification exercises use Christian content. Sequencing skills (numerical order and alphabetical), capitalization, numerals, consonants and vowels also receive attention. The workbook is consumable, but we are allowed to photocopy the necessary pages for children in our family.
